I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist that combines over 15 years of experience and over 5,000 hours of face to face therapy successfully completed with Individuals, couples, and families.  I am a part of the team at Breakthroughs Counseling & Recovery Inc. in Jacksonville Florida. I focus on providing a safe environment with implementing sound clinical skills and paying close attention to the individual's belief system. I feel very deeply about my relationship with God, and yet I do not project my own personal belief system as a Christian onto my clients. I serve all people who need help with no discrimination.

Some of the services that I provide are Pre-Marital Counseling, Couples Therapy, and Family Therapy. I work with multiple addictions including, substance, and process addictions like pornography, sex and love addiction. Guidance is given for Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD/ADHD), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Bi Polar Disorder, Anxiety, Depression, and help for those who have suffered from childhood abuses and/or traumas.
