I am a licensed Marriage and Family
Therapist that combines over 15 years of experience and over 5,000 hours
of face to face therapy successfully completed with Individuals,
couples, and families. I run many groups out of my St. Augustine Florida practice. My practice
focuses on identifying the core issues that cause the symptoms of depression,
anxiety, and addiction. Fostering a safe environment with implementing sound
clinical skills and paying close attention to the individual’s belief system
is paramount to me in my work. I feel very deeply about my relationship
with God, and yet I do not project my own personal belief system
as a Christian onto my clients. I serve all people who need help
with no discrimination.
 Some
of the services that I provide are Pre-Marital Counseling, Couples Therapy,
and Family Therapy. I also work with individuals, adults, and children.
I am particularly successful with teenagers and I love working with children
of all ages. Guidance is given for Addictions, Attention Deficit Disorder
(ADD/ADHD), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Bi Polar Disorder, Anxiety,
Depression, and help for those who have suffered from childhood abuses and/or
traumas.
My primary focus is providing professional
counseling that will restore mental, emotional, and spiritual stability.
